Returns & Exchanges

You may return unused veovie.com products within 30 days of purchase.
Simply contact us at hello@veovie.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with a return authorization number, as well as shipping instructions for your return package. We do require you to be responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
However, we will cover your return shipping and handling charges if the reason for your return is a result of our error, or you received a damaged or defective product.
Please include the return authorization number provided to you when you return your package. We suggest you ship via a trackable service to ensure delivery. Upon receipt and processing of your return, we will refund the price you paid for your item to the original method of payment.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the shipping and handling charges at this time.
If you wish to exchange your product for a different item of equal or lesser value, please specify the desired product by name, size, and item number. We would be happy to send your new product to the address listed on your original shipment. Please note, you will be responsible for these shipping charges.
